Pete Beaman decided to leave his role as President of ATSiP, and we have decided to reclass the President's role as BPS Liaison Officer in order to carry on Peter's good work. At present the person carrying out this role has not been confirmed. BPS web site article :

History of ATSiP
The Keith Nicholson Memorial Prize will be presented annually at Conference for best voted ATSIP talk during the meeting. There is a shield which will be held for a year and a £150 Gift Token for the winner. ATSiP
Annual Conference
The 2016 ATSiP Conference was held at Birmingham City University from Wednesday 29th June to Friday 1st July.

The Higher Education Academy Award
(Supported and sponsored by HEA). Technicians and demonstrators have a valuable role in supporting the student learning experience within psychology departments. In recognition, the Psychology Network, in collaboration with the Association for Technical Staff in Psychology (ATSiP), sponsor an annual award for a technician or demonstrator who has provided outstanding support for the student learning experience in their department.
